Complete the First-Year Advisee Survey

Stonehill considers the relationship a student has with his/her advisor to be critical to the student’s success. In order to help us assign an advisor(s) to you and appropriately inform your academic advisor(s), we ask that you please complete the First-Year Advisee Survey. This self-disclosed information will be shared with your advisor(s) and staff in the Office of Academic Services & Advising to help inform your ongoing advising conversations at Stonehill.

3 Complete the AlcoholEdu and Haven On-line Courses

Embodying Stonehill’s mission to educate the whole person, we strongly value your well-being and want you to have the information and awareness necessary to engage and empower you to create a safe, healthy campus environment. You are required to complete Part 1 of each course by August 26. An e-mail will be sent to your Stonehill account the week of July 18 with instructions.

Explore the Strong Interest Inventory

The Strong Interest Inventory will help you explore how your interests influence decisions about your academic major(s) and minor, as well as potential occupations. For instructions and the link to access the survey, please click here.

Explore StoryCorps

One of the objectives of the First-Year Experience course (APL 001) is encouraging you to discover and develop the story of who you are. Instead of a required textbook, the course will use selected recordings from StoryCorps. Over the summer, please explore the StoryCorps website and discover a story that you relate with or finding enlightening and inspiring.
