Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons College

Simmons College and Stonehill College have arranged for up to eight qualified Stonehill students each year to earn direct-entry admission into the Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion Program in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences (SNHS) at Simmons College. Any undergraduate discipline will be considered as long as the student has completed the required courses and meets other criteria stated above. Although Simmons College is an all-female institution at the undergraduate level, SNHS is coeducational at the graduate level and thus this agreement is open to men and women.

Qualifications

  • Anticipated successful completion of bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College by May of senior year
  • Completion of prerequisite courses at Stonehill
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 in required prerequisite lab science courses
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 in non-lab prerequisite courses
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.30
  • Submission of all application materials by the designated Simmons College deadline
