Andrew J. Moreschi

Biography

Andrew Moreschi is a trumpet player and educator currently based in Boston. Currently, he is Principal Trumpet of the Atlantic Symphony, and Second Trumpet with the New Bedford Symphony. He is also a member of Redline Brass Quintet. Andrew has also performed with New World Symphony, Vermont Symphony, Boston Philharmonic, Symphony New Hampshire, Orchestra of Indian Hill, Lexington Symphony, and Fiddlehead Theatre Company.

Andrew received dual Bachelors of Music in K-12 music education and trumpet performance from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and his Master of Music from New England Conservatory in Boston. He also completed studies at the Franz Liszt School in Weimar, Germany. In addition to his work at Stonehill College, Andrew is also on faculty at the South Shore Conservatory in Hingham, and is Executive Director of Unitas Ensemble, a Boston-area orchestra that performs works by Latin-American composers.
