Residence Halls
More than 90 percent of students live on campus in a variety of residential settings. Our students quickly form a close community in an environment where, with the help and guidance of Residence Life staff, individual needs and desires are balanced with the common good.
In our living spaces, lifelong relationships are built among a diverse array of students. Right outside their door, students discover a community that will open their eyes to different cultures and new ways of thinking.
Over their four years, Stonehill students have the opportunity to choose from traditional corridor-style residence halls, suites and townhouses. Recreation areas, lounges, kitchens and free laundry complete an experience that helps each student feel right at home.
Special Interest Housing
Special interest housing enhances the connection between academic and residence life at Stonehill. By living with students who share similar interests, the opportunity arises to work toward shared goals. For example, we’ve had groups of students center their residential experience on the study of health and wellness, environmental sustainability and community service.
The application process begins in the spring and is competitive. Students who participate in special interested housing are counted on to enhance the residential experience for the entire community.
Campus Dining
Whether it’s the fresh fruits and salads, delicious home-style entrées or new creations by our chefs made for a variety of tastes, finding favorite foods on campus is easy.
Stonehill Dining Services offers a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item imaginable, plus “Favorites From Home” submitted by residents' friends and relatives.
Students have access to the full-service Roche Dining Commons, grab-and-go items and fresh made sandwiches at The Hill and Ace’s Place, a full-time dietitian and nutrition staff to point them in the right direction and more. Let’s eat!
